Need to return and item? No problem, here are the details:

• You can return an item up to 30 days after you purchased it.
• Products must be in NEW and UNUSED condition.
• You will receive a full refund for the product within 10 business days from the time your return is received. Refunds will be applied to the card or PayPal account you used to make the original purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, you will receive a full refund less our original shipping cost to you. However, if we made an error, you will not be charged for shipping.
• No returns of Sale, Clearance or Closeout items. Sorry! Those sales are final.
• Any shipping problems (for example, missing, damaged or incorrect items) must be reported within 72 hours of receiving your package.

Orders can take between 1-3 business days (excludes weekends and holidays) to process. Processing an order involves picking, packing, and getting the order ready for shipment. Once the order is picked up by the courier, it is considered 'shipped'. Once an order is shipped, it can take an additional 1-7 business days (excludes weekends and holidays) for delivery. Once order ships, an email with tracking information will be sent to you automatically. If you check out as a guest, tracking information will not be available.
